But they very patiently and in a prompt manner, helped me sort out this issue. They provided me with the best service is helping me out. Select “Hardware and Sound” from the Troubleshooter Window. Select “Hardware and Devices” under Devices option. Follow the On Screen instructions. If the issue still persists, move to method 2. Method 2: Let’s download the latest drivers for the device from Gadmei website and install them to troubleshoot the issue further.
